When we moved to Lake County in 2005, we embrace the local community with our vineyard and winery. From local crews that helped develop and manage the vineyard to using only Lake County grown grapes in our wines. With this local, community-based approach, we were able to produce the highest rated wine from Lake County with our 2011 vintage — an honor that we still hold today. We are taking this same approach in the development of Lake County’s “Locally-focused” restaurant, sourcing our goods from a variety of local merchants in Lake County and the surrounding areas. Taking a “farm-to-table” approach to cuisine not only allows us to have some of the freshest ingredients, but to provide unique dishes that truly supports Lake County as a whole.
