Valentine’s Day Specials

Chef Sergio has put together a special couple of Valentine's Day seafood & meat dishes plus a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day dessert! New Chef’s Selections
On top of our season menu, the chefs are consistently working hard to explore the depths of the culinary world and create new, creative dishes for our customers each month. This month’s Chef’s Additions include Korean Beef Empanadas, Thai Chopped Chicken Salad, French Onion Sliders, Pan Roasted Half Chicken, and Black & Blue Steak & Mushroom Ravioli.
Cheese of the Month: Chèvre
Come enjoy our Cheese & Charcuterie platter at On The Waterfront Restaurant with the Cheese of the Month - Laura Chenel’s Chèvre. Called "the women who brought goat cheese to America", Laura grew up in Sonoma and developed a herd of 500 goats on her property in Carneros. Learning her trade from the famed French dairy scientist Jean-Claude Le Jaouen, Laura gained fame providing her Chèvre to the likes of Alice Waters of Chez Panisse and others. Today, and throughout this month, you can enjoy Laura Chenel's Chèvre at On The Waterfront Restaurant, open daily from 11am to 8pm. Come and enjoy Cheese & Charcuterie paired with our extensive list of Lake County wines!
Wine of the Month: Sol Rouge Viognier
Come and taste the new release of Sol Rouge’s Viognier — Rated 94 points & Editor’s Choice by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. This is the highest rating ever given to a Lake County Viognier from one of the major wine publications. This Viognier starts off with a focused, mineral-layered nose with lingering peach and apricot notes. On the palate, the wine starts out crisp with minerals and spice and later exposes fruit notes of white peach and fruit cocktail in a rich, medium bodied mouthfeel supported by bright acidity which allows the wine to linger and dance on the palate in the finish. A perfect pairing for out Cheese of the Month!
